This poorly executed silver cigarette case is marked with the stamp of the Fabergé firm, as well as that of workmaster Erik Kollin, who worked in St. Petersburg until he was replaced by Michel Perchin in 1886. Kollin died in 1901. The state mark, however, is for the city of Moscow, post 1908.
