This particular frame is a knock-off a real Faberge piece by Michel Perchin. You'll see it in other colors of enamel, as well as nephrite. Notice how the hallmarks have caused the metal to dimple when they were punched. In real pieces, the marks are nearly flush with the surface and are often partially obliterated in the final polishing stages.
